- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My mother in law introduced me to this place, and our family loves East Bay SPCA. We are part of the fostering program, and the friendly staff takes care of all your needs. My kids enjoy coming here just to hang out and say hello to the cats and dogs. I even threw my kids' birthday parties here. For someone who never grew up with animals or had an initial impression of a shelter home being depressed and filthy -- this is not at all that -- I was not expecting such a positive experience. It's very pristine and clean, staff are friendly, the organization/ facility is very well maintained.February 12, 2017by Lisa H
